Hi all, may I know whether I can own an EC and buy a private condo later? Any time bar ? Thanks

Hi

You can own an EC first and after staying for 5 years (MOP), you could go on and purchase a private condo.

Usually the time frame is about 8 years from the point of purchase assuming that you are getting the EC at the launch. 3 years to contruct and 5 years of minimum occupation period.
