I would like to venture in real estate business. However, I was dismissed by a brokerage company due to moonlighting. Can I still get my real estate license?

Morning Allan,

The CEA ruling states that you should have at least 4 GCE 'O's, no criminal records, not an partner or owner of a financing company and not a bankruptcy or on the process of being declared as bankrupt.
As for disciplinary issues on your previous employment, it would depend on how truthful you are.
