If I am not satisfied with my current agent and would like to end the exclusion before the 3mths period. Can it be done? Does it has to be in writing or an sms/call will do? Will I receive any confirmation from the organisation concerned on the termination?

You can inform your agent verbally and his/ her real estate agency via email on the early termination of exclusivity.

Exclusive can be terminated at any point of time by simply sending your agent an SMS and notifying the agency with an email.

You could notify both the agent and agency by an email if you wish to keep things official. Prior to that you may wish to speak to your agent once more to derive more information on the progress chart and strategies in place. If you are still unsatisfied and wish to engage another salesperson, I would be glad to offer my insights and consultancy as 2nd opinion to diagnose what went wrong and what should be done to correct it. In such cases, you can email the company and inform them that you would wish to terminate the exclusive agreement but you will have to state the reasons why you are not happy with his/her service. You may also wish to sit down and have a talk with your agent and address the issues and maybe things can still turn out well.
