Hi,

1) All the grants mentioned for only eligible for resale HDB flat purchase, other than EHG.
2) Only EHG is available for BTO/SBF application.
3) Note that if you had bought an HDB flat or new EC from the HDB/developer directly, you would be eligible for these grants.
