DWG is as leading real estate agency with more than 5,000 real estate professionals. You probably would have heard an accreditation program may be needed for anyone who wants to join the profession. At this juncture, no concrete announcement either from the government or SAEA or IEA to state that anyone who wants join as a housing agent must sit for an exam (e.g. CES or CEA or CEHA), and pass before he or she could approach to join an agency. However, we are all expecting this to happen within the next 6-9 months or even earlier.
I probably assume you do not have any prior experience as a housing agent? To kick start, our agency prepares for new agent to enrol in our Ultimate Power Selling - UPS Course to understand the basic and general rules of HDB and private property resale, salesmanship skills, law of property, etc.
