I'm getting married to my partner who owed a fully paid up hdb flat. After he added me as his co-owner, does it means tat I can still pledged the property to CPF in order to withdraw the balance of my RA after setting aside my BRS? (pls note tat I did not contribute to the payment of his flat)

No pledging is allowed for HDB flats.
