I am not sure about you, but for me, the most important thing for me to join this industry is the money making opportunity. I had the impression in the beginning that the back end support, IT platforms and training were important but then realise (after joining a big agency for a year) that if I do not have a business opportunity, no matter how much or in place the agency has, I will still be a zero earner. The most important in selecting an agency or team to join is the sales platform and money making generating activities available.
