I'm thinking of buying a 3 bedroom in western part of singapore. Is Caspian or the Centris a better buy?

Hi Mrs Tan,

Centris is a better buy than caspian, in my opinion.

1) Jurong Point/MRT/bus interchange are just downstairs.

2) Caspian is sandwiched between lakeholmz and the upcoming lakefront residences. All the 3 condos are located too near each other...

I can show you a few centris units if you are interested.
