I'm thinking of getting 2nd property (after HDB) in the location around hougang/sengkang.

Is compass height a good choice in term of investment (for rental)?
And for 2 bedroom unit what is the lowest rental and price/unit?

Talking about good investment, I am marketing one unit at Compass Heights. This is a 1,292 sq. ft., 3 BRs unit. It is currently tenanted by corporate and the rental yield is 6.2%. The tenancy will end Oct. 2009 with high chances of renewal for another 2 years.
