Hi
I currently own a pte property which is tenanted with a 8% yield p.a. The capital appreciation is about 60% now.
I plan to sell this property and buy 2 pte property for the rental income of about 5.5% p.a yield. However, this also means a gearing of about 2.5 times my cuurent debt.
What is your opinion of my plan?
