Hi there, It's not exactly a A or NG model as these are usually used on a regular HDB. 269C is actually a premium HDB which in theory meant a higher grade. 269C Compassvale Link is a premium flat. Premium flat usually have full height windows and the layout is similar to that of a condo. I have personally transacted units in the cluster before and will be happy to assist you further.
