Hi Mr Sgguy,

There is no restrictions to the number of times sales and purchase you will like to do for HDB resale unit. However, you are only entitled to 2 BTO in 1 lifetime and is required to pay a resale levy for you 2nd BTO.

The other issue you may want to consider is the loan that you are taking in your house purchase. HDB may not grant you more than 2 concessionary loans and the loans comes with condition.

It is definitely possible. However for selling and purchasing of HDBs, the crucial considerations are the financial planning and timeline planning.

It is important to ensure that you will be able recycle the funds from your current flat to the next one and also to time the transition such as there is minimum disruption ie minimise the need to find a temporary place to stay.

Yes you can do that as there are no restrictions on that. The issue here is whether is that really the best way to go about doing it. As per your plan , yes it is possible , you can consider doing a contra , which is buying and selling a hdb concurrently , if the demand of your hdb is high , you may request for additional terms such as 3months extension stay for you at your old home after sales completion , some time for you during the interim period for your new home renovation if neccessary , however please note most potential buyers to your new home will not be agreeable to such request , most important factor however , is always pricing .
