Hi SL
There is really no right or wrong time to buy a property. It is not possible to catch the lowest. People tends to hold back and have the "wait approach" during bad times. Actually, that might be the best time to buy when people are not buying.
Property is the safe bet against inflation. Therefore, if you have the holding power to ride thru the bad times, it is always good to invest when you see the right property. I would like to meet you and propose some property for your consideration.
