Is it true that CDL condo pricing will not increase and there is no difference in price between pre launch and after launch? Any idea what is the pre-launch price for the palette 2 bed room unit?

1 bedroom units from $567 000 onwards.

2 bedroom units from $668 000 onwards.

PALETTE is one of the cheapest condo located within 10 minites walk to MRT.
