Parc Clematis sits on a large land size with ample facilities than most typicaly developments, which will be favoured by families (be it locals or foreigners). The number of units will also mean there will be a good number of transactions every year, which will help resale prices to trend up. Clementi is also near to various educational institutions (primary all the way to tertiary such as Nan Hua Pri, NUS, SIT, SP, INSEAD, ACJC to name but a few) It is also within a short drive to MRT / Mall and AYE entrance / exit hence it is convenient to get to work or other activities. And eventually Clementi will be an MRT interchange with the cross island set to cut through this area. You can exit in 10 years and sell to potential HDB upgraders or landed home owners in the vicinity, or homeowners who like to be near their loved ones in the west.
