Is it safe to buy a house (EA) near lake side /chinese garden?
I saw a EA @ Yuan Chin rd (blk 332)- low level house (3rd, the balcony facing the Yuan Chin rd).
Is this a good area? In the future if want to sell this house, will there be any issues in this area? Please give me some advice.
