Is there possiblity of govt. removing the Sales tax from condo selling now that property prices look decreasing?
I want to get out of purchase I made recently with whatever profit/loss I get, is it possible to have any workaround over this sales tax?
Can enter some kind of workaround with buyer possible? Can less at some if needed.
