Put yourself in buyers' shoes. I believe u would want to know on the valuation price and work back on the minimum cpf u need to have in your account right. Im sure u do.

By the way, maybe u can contact myself and i can do a presentation on the past transacted prices and also to show yourself wat are all the units in your area asking at and then we can decide better wat cash over valuation (COV) to ask for reasonably and you would then have a better idea on wat would your letting go price is. You would also need to check buyers' eligibility and also ethnic eligibilty group.

Hi Aida,

My opinion is if you are real serious about selling your house, you should engage an agent. Tell your agent your requirement, and let your agent help you to submit for valuation. Is pretty fast and within one week, the valuer will come over to your house to take photo. Within 2 weeks, report will be out. From here, you decide what COV you want on top of the valuation. Your agent should be able to tell you the past transacted price in your block and we can work out the valuation + COV from there.
