Good afternoon inspiring RES,

When will be a good time for us to meet up and discuss and explore whether my division, my team (Powerful Negotiators Group aka PNG - largest team in Singapore) and Propnex Realty (largest agency) is suitable for you?

2 salespeople just joined me recently and I will be speaking to another tomorrow.

Let me share abit of myself. I started out in a small agency with no training, no support etc. Thats why I am so happy I am thriving well in current environment.

Let me ask you this. I am pretty sure when you decide which school to clear your RES course, you will have this in mind. Which school has the better probability to pass the exams?

So if I give you a choice to choose between an agency that is able to provide full support in terms on mentoring, soft skillset, technical knowledge, mindset to kickstart your real estate career and make good sales in shortest time between same sales in a longer duration.

Eg. $300k in 1 year or $300k in 3 years.

Which will you choose?

I think you know your answer.

I strongly feel that mentor should be responsible for the sales of his associates but even though having say that, associate must have the willingness and determination to do things as well.
