May i know if it is possible to rent a one-room hdb flat or a studio aprt on a low budget, ie between 1k to 1.5k? Would like to rent a room but parents will visit often and would not want to cause uncomfortable feelings between the landlord and my side due to this.

Hi Esther...what are the ares that u are looking at...its very rare to get a 1+1 rental..due to several reasons...but luckily i come to know of this unit in clementi...rental at 1.6k..whole unit...do contact me as soon as possible if u are interested to view,.cos this unit will not be available for long,..thanks..
