May I know if there are any criteria on then type of HDB flat that a divorcee can buy? I am looking to purchase a 2 or 3 room flat. But I used to own a 4 room flat.

Morning Carol,

As divorcee under 35 year old, you can choose to purchase unit with your child, if you have the custody. If you are without children, you can only purchase after you have reach 35 years old.
There's no limit to what size unit you can purchase, in the resale market. We can sit down and work out the details, if you are keen to know more.
