I am a Divorcee, Male, 50 yrs old, Spore Citizen. When I was married we bought a HDB flat (which has since been dispose of and split). Can I now , as a single divorcee apply to HDB to buy a new small 2 or 3 rm flat? Or must I buy buy a re-sale HDB flat from the market?

You are required to form a family nucleus, in order to purchase a new flat.
Alternatively, you can purchase a HDB resale unit.
