Dear Siti,

Your fiance will have the remove his name from the existing HDB before he can be a co-owner with you for the HDB which you intend to purchase.

Afternoon Siti,

Every HDB owner are only allowed to have their names under one property. Being married, HDB would deem that both of you are an entity. Hence your spouse need to remove his name from the current HDB unit within 6 months from key collection of the upcoming unit. But their parents might be required to return whatever CPF contribution that have being pumped into the unit.
