Melville Park: Has anyone else felt the heat at Melville Park prices hike? Condo is not in that great condition to ask prices at 50K higher every week.
All the buyers are backing off from there.

Is it a good buy for
East Point Green for 1200 sqft 7th floor at 780K NEGO
or
1256 sq ft mid floor at 760K NEGO at Savannah

vs

1356 sqft at 750K at Mel Park?
Please advise.
