My 4A CCK flat was valued at 405k how much cov can i ask for

Hi DNL,
You can set the asking price as VTO (view to offer) first so you can gauge how much the buyers are willing to offer for your units if not, you can set a certain amount of COV and let the buyers negotiate downwards to your expected COV amount.
Don't you have your own salesperson to advise you on this?

Afternoon,
The asking price for unit at CCK varies from $18k to $40k, depending on which part of CCK your unit is located on. The facing, level, condition and ethnic restriction will also cost your COV to varies.

1) 1st of all, I am quite disturbed that you do not have a desired selling price since you are checking on the probable COV you can look at based on the valuation. My advise to all my clients have always been what is the ideal cash proceeds they hope to achieve and work on it instead of getting a valuation done and go according to market rate for COV, unless of course your desired price has already been met with the valuation.
2) I am able to assist you to find out what is the likely selling price you may achieve if I am able to know finer details of your 4A HDB like the block number and the generic conditions.
