My agent help me to rent out my condo, she request a bank transfer to her personal account with gst. This rise my concern for 2 reason:
1. Bank into her personal account
2. Charge gst verbally without invoice
3. She said the company account will only be able to issue me invoice after i make payment? (I work as sales person too, we can only collect payment after invoice is issue)
