I am unsure of the scenario that you are indicating. What is the situation now? Do you mean to indicate that in the event of premature termination of the current lease agreement, Landlord is able to claim the loss of rental income for the remaining lease? If this is so, then it should be ok to be inserted into the lease agreement, although not necessary as usually when a lease agreement does not have any premature termination clause, it is implied that tenant or landlord cannot terminate the lease prematurely unless due to non-compliance to the tenancy agreement signed. If any party terminates the lease prematurely, the other party can claim damages against the other party for the damages incurred. Read More
