My current HDB 4 Roomed flat was bought based on Tenancy In Common -
10% my son & the rest in my name. He has just got himself a HDB Studio flat for Singles.
I have been advised to Remove his name from my flat. How & where to get it done?

you can approach your HDB branch office for removal of his ownership from existing HDB.

Do take note that you must be financially capable to take over share (usage of CPF OA funds and loan if any).

1) It is correct to go through the HDB branch office to complete the process.
2) I think the most important is you are aware of the financial implications.
3) There are 2 ways to remove his ownership; transfer of ownership (not through a sale) and part-share sale.
4) The main difference between the 2 is, it is a higher cost to take over the ownership via the part-share sale route.
