Afternoon, To sell off your unit now might be good if you are staying in the estate which will be expecting alot of BTO unit which will MOP soon. If your unit is in good location and within matured estate that does not have alot of BTO which is reaching MOP, you might have an option to work on. With the addition plus point that you have a place to stay, you have an additional upper hand. Be it selling now or in the near future, it would be the pricing that matters. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
