My friend and i are co-owners of a private property for 3/4 years, i reside overseas while he handles rentals of the 4 rooms / tenants and send me portion of rents monthly. He told me the unit has not been tenanted for one year due to pandemic, so i began to wonder if there's any way for me to verify past occupiers of the property to determine the presence of any past rooms tenants?
