My HDB flat buyer who post phone 2x 2nd appt. had decided to abort the transaction. I was told by my colleague that I could claim them for 10% of the selling price? is that a standard %? Their agent want me to meet them and talk me round by not proceed with legal action. She said that I could put in my request and if they agree to the price, we will sign a letter for that. Can someone kind reply here? My question is what is my rights? How much can I ask for? I supposed to rent a place, paid deposit and now, it's gone too.
