My husband and I joined a small agency last year. We believe that when we do things together, it will bond us closer . We have started with rental and been doing a lot of marketing resale services. We have been following closely a few clients (divorce cases). Now our client have been granted court order to sell his house. We are suppose to sign the first exclusive last week. But, when we call the agency, we were shocked that we were no longer under their agency. There were no courtesy calls . No update ,no mentor and guidance.

I have a Dipl in Engr from SP and currently an office manager while my husband though do not have 4 'O' levels, was a production mgr in the advertising firm . He was an agent before for years but has stopped 8 years ago.

Is 4 O levels important for him in order to continue? Any agency allows husband and wife team? Or should we just quit this industry? Should we just tell our client to go for other agents after all the guidance we have rendered?
