Hi

There is a guideline for extended family bto application, where the first nucleus (ie your married children) cannot exceed $14k per month, and the same applies for you (the 2nd nucleus). In your scenario, the first nucleus exceeds, so it looks like you as a family may be ineligible.

Also if you have private property, cannot apply for BTO as well.

Perhaps they can consider new EC if they want to go for first property purchase with good capital appreciation potential.
