My tenant has been late paying rent for each of the past four months, and only after my agent sent several SMS reminders, and I sent Ar registered demands. There is now more than a month's rent outstanding. What can one do to make him pay up? Am I entitled to evict him and what compensation can I claim? Also, what is the procedure if I have to evict him?
