My wife is a foreigner,not yet a PR.
Am i able to buy brand new HDB? If not, i am not thinking of a resale HDB as it is very high now,so looking at Condo but if we buy a condo, can we buy HDB next time? I have about 100k cash and about 10k cpf,what kind of property should i be looking at? Appreciate some helps :)
