If you own a private property, you will need to dispose your private property and observe a waiting period of 30 months before you will be eligible for new HDB flats or new EC projects.

Hi,

As you own an overseas property now, you can't purchase new HDB BTO or new EC. You need to wait out a 30 month period after selling the overseas property before you can apply. However, you are definitely eligible for new or resale private condos. Thanks and hope to value-add to your housing plans further.

Good morning,

As you are currently the owner of private property, you will be required to wait it out for 30 months, from the date off ownership removal, before you are eligible for the purchase of BTO or new EC. Alternatively, you can opt for resale unit where there is no debarment period to be observed.

If not, alternatively you opt for new or resale private property and resale HDB.
