hi i am currently residing in a resale hdb flat. i booked a BTO in 2013, it would be ready in early 2018. My wife is a Singaporean and i am a PR, can i ask if i can buy a private condominium anytime from now? if yes, am i required to pay 40% downpayment for the private condominium should my HDB mortagage has not been fully paid yet?
