What are the options which you are exploring? We can discuss more if I can understand better what plans you have roughly for this business. The major differences in this businesses between the agencies is if you are interested in doing project marketing or not. In both cases, there is very little difference and I can explain more to you.
In my own opinion, the immediate chemistry you have with the hiring manager will be crucial as most of us do not know what to expect coming into this industry, therefore every meet up you have with the hiring manager is like them selling you a dream business model. The bigger agency have more success examples to speak of and as salespersons, we only talk about our success stories.
