Dear Brian,
Most if not all classes are scheduled therefore unless the institute allows you to do multiple sittings over a period of different cohorts, you will probably need to look into taking leave of absence from employment to cater to these classes. There are institutes who offers full day classes over a period of 2 weeks or so to complete therefore I believe these can be planned out on your end, after finding out what the schedules are.
