If I the landlord wrote the tenancy agreement by myself and signed(thumbprint) by both the landlord and tenant.
And I let the tenant to pay for the stamp duty by themselves, is this tenancy agreement still considered valid in the eyes of law if I used this to file a case of the tenant if there's a needs to?

Will any one of us still have to face the consequence of breeching the tenancy agreement if both of us didn't pay for the stamp duty?
