Should I collect 1+1 month's rent from tenant who is interested in my listing but has not seen the unit? He has not arrived in SG yet, but seen pictures of my unit and wanted to sign TA. Is this normal for expat moving to SG? I am not an agent, but the owner of the condo. He will be in SG in Aug and wants housing in Sept. Will his deposit money be forfeited if he changes his mind after his arrival in SG? I have to give up my listing for 2 months before he moves in Sept. Please advise. I don't know what to do. Thanks
