Dear Mugen,

I believe a lot of Guru out there will know that you have many many questions posted here over the last several weeks. From these questions, we know you are very very confused.

I strongly suggest that you get a sole agent, and invite him to sit down with you to clear all outstanding questions you have. In this way, it would also benefits you as many Guru here are able to tell you the pro and con of whether to sell first or buy first. We will be able to look at your property and give you some suggestions which way would be better for you, so that you won't run into some timing issue and no place to stay for a while during the transaction. Many Guru in PG are able to give you different alternatives, for you to make better decision.

Besides, you will need to look at your financial aspects if you buy first as well. There are many questions I believe you want to understand and clear the air. So, suggest that you chose an agent and meet up with him or her for a one-to-one discussion. Truly, it will benefits you.

I totally agree with Mr. Goh. Please select one agent, sit with him and clear ur doubts. that will always help u to understand the situation. Bfore that please check whether u can afford to buy another property before selling the current one. It depends on ur holding power of the two properties on hand.
