Hi Steve,

The key is to look out to the suburbs, but not just ANY location. It must be well-located, near to amenities and transportation links, in an area with many things going for it. I am marketing PARC CENTROS, 3 mins' walk to Punggol MRT and Luxurie, a similar distance to Sengkang MRT. Feel free to contact me to share further.
