thanks advance for the help here.

Am a divorcee, and got a 4room flat and used the grant b4.
currently, intend to get a 3room flat under the single scheme. so here the qz,
1) what wld b d procedure for bank loan, if CPF loan is not possible.
2) what would the possible loan like, if my mthly pay is about 4K.
3) how much would the mthly repay if the housing is $300.
4) anything else should i caution of?
