This is probably an unusual question. I have a freehold one bedroom condo in central Patong (Phuket) which is walking distance to the beach with a high rental yield. I am looking to sell to cash out for other investment plans. It has been tenanted out since I bought the unit few years back and the next buyer that comes along will certainly benefit from high rental yields of more than 7% annually (proven track record with evidence). Are there agents keen to market this rare condo to Singapore buyers?
