PropertyGuru portal does not allow home owners to put up their own listings for sale or rent. This is mainly for agents with paid subscriptions to put up listings for sale or rent. You may wish to look into other platforms which may allow home owners to put up their own ads or perhaps engage the services of an agent to reach out to the pool of tenants who are looking out for apartments within their network or on PropertyGuru.

I am working closely with a pool of expatriates who are in my community group with over 11,800 members within the community.

I will be more than happy to be able to match your property available for rent through these networks which I have set up.

Propertyguru only accepts listings from agents with paid subscriptions. You may try other platforms that do not have such a requirement but the outreach may be limited. If you are not too au fait with the process of renting, it is very advisable you seek assistance from an agent as the fees charged is not that expensive. If not careful, issues such as dispute with tenants arising from ambiguously written tenancy agreement or even worst, running afoul with the law as there are a couple of regulations and processes you need to take note off when renting a property in Singapore.
