We are renting an older terraced house in the Watten area. Just before we moved in the landlord renovated the unit (about 3 years ago). It turns out that the renovation work was of poor quality, and consequently the house is leaking, and has been for some time. As the leaks all come renovated areas of course the landlord is responsible. However, it is not possible for us to get landlord to have the necessary repairs done. What are our options, with regards to forcing him to do so? Kind regards Kent Andersen
