Hi, I was looking for the condo to live in and found the place that I live now. There was a plan to develop another condo right beside. I told my concern about noise and the agent told me only drilling sounds mattered and it would finished within 2 months time. But a year later they started making buildings and it is very noisy. I worked night time shift that is why I told the agent my concern about noise. I have checked legal noise level and so on but apparently the agent was irresponsible. I wonder if there is something I can do.
