We have sold our EA and awaiting for out HDB balance flat key collection. We have applied for contra and our resale 1st appointment is on mid Feb this year. What typically happens on a resale 1st appointment as we have also applied to collect key for our flat in the 1st appointment itself. How will the contra takes place and what will be done? Can anyone advice?
