Hi Mon,

This would depend on the size you are looking at, as well as the amount of cash you have on hand.

You would be able to get a 3rm flat for about 300k. If you are eligible for a HDB loan, you can take up to 90% financing, and you can use your cpf to pay for the remaining 10%.

However, you would still have to take note that you have to pay for stamp duty, lawyer fees, and agent commission. These might eat into your CPF or cash.
